Ingredients:
3-4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (approx.) crushed pineapple
3 Tortillas (8-10 inch)
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and pineapple in bowl, spread evenly onto tortilla, roll and wrap in plastic wrap for at least 3 hours. Slice into 1 inch slices and serve. Makes 30 appetizers
Tips:
I didn't have exact measurement for these. I just made mixture according to taste. Also mix it up by using different types of flour tortillas - tomato, wheat, spinach, jalapeño, etc. It adds a bit of color and a little bit different taste with each pinwheel.
