Ham and Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients:


3 Tortilla (8-10 inches)
3-4 oz cream cheese, softened
Deli sliced ham - any flavor
Deli sliced cheese - any flavor (approx. 4 pieces per tortilla)
1 package ranch dressing - optional


Directions:

Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing to taste.  Spread cheese mixture evenly over tortillas, layer ham and cheese and roll up. Wrap rolls individually in plastic wrap.  Refrigerate at least 3 hours.  Cut into 1 inch slices.  Makes 30 appetizers

Tips:


Also mix it up by using different types of flour tortillas - tomato, wheat, spinach, jalapeño, etc. (I used the jalapeño and they seemed to be everyones favorites, I was very surprised) It adds a bit of color and a little bit different taste with each pinwheel. Try experimenting with different meats and cheeses. I think it would be fun to try pepper jack cheese. A must for next time!
